Chops are loved by many for their ease of preparation and great taste. But not only pork can be used for them. From chicken fillet, they are also very tender. And to keep all the juiciness of the meat inside, you can fry them in batter. The dish will turn out to be very fragrant, with a crispy crispy crust.

It is necessary

  • - chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
  • - chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • - mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - flour - 2 tbsp. l. without a slide;
  • - hard cheese - 180 g;
  • - ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
  • - salt - 1 tsp;
  • - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the fillet, dry it with paper towels, and then cut into pieces the size of half a palm, no more than 1.5 cm thick.

Step 2

Put all the blanks on a cutting board and beat them off on both sides. In a small plate, combine salt and black pepper, then rub each piece. Leave them to soak for 10 minutes.

Step 3

In the meantime, let's prepare the batter. Break the eggs into a small bowl and beat them with a fork. Add mayonnaise, flour, a few pinches of black pepper and salt. Mix everything together well. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 4

Take a frying pan, pour sunflower oil into it and heat it well. Lubricate each meat piece with batter (you can use a brush to grease baked goods). And when the butter is hot enough, transfer the chops to the pan with the batter side down. Sprinkle each piece with grated cheese. And on top, apply the batter so that all the cheese remains under it.

Step 5

When the meat is browned, turn it over to the other side, reduce the temperature to a low setting, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Step 6

Put the ready-made chops straight from the pan on plates and serve with any side dish - French fries, baked vegetables or boiled noodles and a fresh salad.
