- - 3-4 pcs. pickled cucumbers;
- - salt, spices to taste.
- Beef Goulash:
- - 700 g of beef;
- - 1 PC. carrot;
- - 1 PC. onion;
- - 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
- - 2 tablespoons of flour;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
To cook scrambled eggs in an induction hob, heat a small skillet with vegetable oil on the standard fry setting (140 degrees) for 1 minute. Beat the eggs, season with salt and cook with the lid closed for 3 minutes. Thus, the preparation of this dish will take you 4 minutes.
Step 2
To cook borscht in an induction cooker, you will need to grate beets and carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into small squares. Fry vegetables in a small amount of vegetable oil in the "fry" mode (140 degrees) for 10-12 minutes. Wash the meat and cut into small portions. Dip them in a 3-liter pot of water. Also, in the "frying" mode (120 degrees), cook the pork for 50-60 minutes. Half an hour before the meat is ready, add chopped garlic, tomato paste, sugar, salt, spices, potatoes and fried vegetables. Borscht is cooked on an induction hob for an average of 1 hour.
Step 3
To steam vegetables in an induction hob, cut carrots, potatoes into medium cubes. Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Pour water into a saucepan and install a double boiler. Arrange vegetables and cover with lid. Select the steam setting on the induction hob. Cooking time 25-30 minutes.
Step 4
To prepare pickle in an induction cooker, grate pickled cucumbers on a coarse grater. Pour 0.5 liters of water over them and simmer in the "fry" mode (160 degrees) for 20 minutes. Peel the onions and carrots and cut into small cubes. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan and add chopped vegetables. Fry them in frying mode (120 degrees) until golden brown. Pour water into a 3 liter saucepan and dip the ham into it. Cook it in the automatic soup mode. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Add fried vegetables, stewed cucumbers, washed rice 30 minutes before the end of the operating mode. Season with salt and spices to taste.
Step 5
To cook beef goulash in an induction cooker, peel the carrots and onions and cut them into small cubes. Pour vegetable (olive) oil into the pan. Fry vegetables in fry mode (160 degrees) until golden brown. After that, in the same mode, fry the tomato paste for 5-6 minutes. Cut the beef into cubes and cook in the “fry” mode (150 degrees) for 10-12 minutes. Add tomato paste, sautéed vegetables to the meat and set the simmering mode (300w) for 40-50 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, salt the dish to taste. Add flour diluted in 100 ml of water to form a thick gravy. Before serving, it is recommended to sprinkle the dish with fresh chopped herbs.
