  • For cooking you will need:

  • - pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs;
  • - potatoes - 2 pcs;
  • - onion - 1 piece;
  • - Bulgarian red pepper - 2 - 3 pieces;
  • - hard cheese - 100 g;
  • - mayonnaise.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the chicken breast in salted water until tender. We remove the skin and bones, and cut the fillets into small pieces, then put them in a bowl. Boil potatoes and eggs, let the products cool, then grind and add to the chicken fillet, while leaving one yolk for decoration.

Step 2

Peel the pickled cucumbers, if it is thick and tough, and cut into cubes, spread the cucumbers to the chicken.

We wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and stalk and cut into strips. You need to take red and thick-walled peppers.

Step 3

We put everything except pepper in a bowl or salad bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, season with mayonnaise and mix.

We spread the salad from a bowl on a flat dish, give it the shape of a hat, decorate the base with cheese, grated on a fine grater, and lay out the rest of the bell pepper straw.

Step 4

Knead one remaining yolk with a fork, add a little mayonnaise and form a ball out of it, which we also roll in grated cheese and place on the top of the salads, this will be an impromptu pompom.
