- Whole grain flour - 500 g;
- Sea salt - 1 tsp;
- Brown sugar - 4 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 120 ml;
- Ice water - 240 ml.
- Filling:
- Berries (for example, strawberries) - to taste;
- Olive oil - for greasing the dough;
- Sugar or honey to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough. To do this, mix flour, sugar, salt and olive oil in a food processor. All this should turn into crumbs. Then add water a little - a little: the dough should begin to gather into a lump. We take it out of the combine and knead it thoroughly with our hands. Divide into 4 parts, roll each into a circle about 3 mm thick, put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and send to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
At this time, we will cut the strawberries for the filling into slices and set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Step 3
We take out the dough from the refrigerator. We spread the berries on each circle, leaving 1, 5 cm from the edges. Sprinkle them with sugar or pour them with honey. Gently wrap the edges up and pinch. Lubricate with olive oil.
