It is necessary

  • For pizza # 1:

  • - 50 g of champignons;
  • - dill greens.
  • For pizza # 2:
  • - 1 glass of kefir 1%;
  • - 2.5 cups whole grain flour;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - a pinch of baking soda;
  • - 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 100 g mozzarella cheese;
  • - 100 g cherry tomatoes;
  • - a bunch of fresh spinach;
  • - spices to taste (ground pepper, oregano, dry dill).

Instructions

Step 1

Pour warm milk over the oatmeal and let it swell for 5 minutes. Beat the egg and salt separately. Combine the swollen oatmeal and egg mixture in one cup. Pour the prepared mixture into a hot, oiled frying pan.

Step 2

While preparing the pizza base, prepare the filling. To do this, cut the tomato and bell pepper into thin slices. Cut the champignons into slices and lightly fry. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Divide the dill branches into smaller ones, remove the petioles.

Step 3

Turn the oat pancake over and place the tomatoes, mushrooms and bell peppers on the toasted side, sprinkle with cheese on top. Cover the pan with a lid and set aside on the stove. After the cheese has melted, place the finished pizza on a plate and garnish with dill.

For pizza # 2, mix baking soda and salt with kefir warmed to room temperature. Combine this mixture with one tablespoon of warm vegetable oil and knead into an elastic dough. Cover it with a cotton towel and let sit for 30 minutes.

Make a garlic sauce for your diet pizza. To do this, grind the garlic and combine it with the remaining oil. Add ground black and red pepper and other spices to the mixture, mix well and leave the sauce to infuse.

Step 6

While the dough and garlic butter are coming through, prepare the filling. To do this, cut the tomatoes into quarters and the mozzarella into thin slices. Chop the spinach as small as possible.

Step 7

Roll out the dough into a thin layer and place on a baking sheet. Brush wholemeal PP pizza base with garlic sauce, top with spinach, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 160 ° C for 20 minutes.
