Traditional Russian dish for dipping mushrooms.
It is necessary
One and a half liters of sauerkraut juice, 40 g of dry mushrooms, 2 tbsp. tablespoons (top) of fine flour, 2 deciliters of cream, 1 clove of garlic, ground black pepper, salt, 40 g of onion, 20 g of butter, 50 g of smoked bacon
Instructions
Step 1
We set the cabbage brine to cook together with pre-soaked, washed and squeezed mushrooms (do not soak, but simply rinse).
Step 2
From the flour and cream, prepare a puff (pour the flour into the cream, stirring continuously), pour it into the brine and continue to cook over medium heat.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan, put oil there, heat it and add all the onions, fry until the onions acquire a golden color and add finely chopped bacon.
Step 4
Season the machanka to taste with crushed garlic, ground black pepper, salt, then add the fried onion and fried bacon. Serve with black bread.
