I bring to your attention another original recipe for making manna. This pastry is already delicious, but if you cook it with the addition of cocoa powder and halva, then its taste will become more magnificent than before!
It is necessary
- - halva - 100 g;
- - sour cream - 130 g;
- - semolina - 100 g;
- - eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - sugar - 150 g;
- - vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
- - baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;
- - flour - 4 tablespoons;
- - cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons;
- - ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - vanillin - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the semolina into a separate deep bowl and pour the sour cream over it. Stir the mixture until smooth, then set it aside for half an hour to swell the cereal.
Step 2
Meanwhile, combine the following ingredients in another bowl: vanillin, granulated sugar, salt and raw chicken eggs. Beat this mixture using a whisk for at least 5 minutes.
Step 3
In the sugar and egg mixture, add the swollen semolina together with sunflower oil. Whisk everything as it should.
Step 4
Add to the resulting mass such components as: ground cinnamon, baking powder, that is, baking powder, as well as wheat flour and cocoa powder. Just before entering these ingredients, pass them through a sieve. Having mixed everything thoroughly, you will get a mixture, the consistency of which resembles thick sour cream.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish well with butter. Its diameter should be approximately equal to 20 centimeters. Then put the resulting chocolate manna dough on it. Sprinkle it on top with pre-crumbled halva. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Step 6
Allow the baked goods to cool, remove them from the baking dish, and then slice. Chocolate manna with halva is ready!
