Chocolate manna with halva is a great start to the day. You can only dream of such a breakfast on Sunday. And you do not need to cook porridge, it is already in the manna, and halva contains carbohydrates for energy. So there are only one pluses.
It is necessary
- - 1 glass of semolina;
- - 0.5 cups of flour;
- - 1, 5 glasses of kefir;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 100 g cocoa;
- - 4 tbsp. halva spoons;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 10 g baking powder;
- - vanillin;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour semolina into kefir, mix and leave for 30 minutes. First, knead the butter with a spatula, add sugar, vanillin, eggs and beat everything with a whisk.
Step 2
Add cocoa and baking powder to the semolina. Mix well. Combine with whipped butter. Mix gently and add vegetable oil.
Step 3
Add flour, stir. The dough should be like thick sour cream in consistency. Take a round shape, lay parchment paper on the bottom, grease with butter.
Step 4
Pour in the dough slowly and evenly. Halva should be placed between the two parts of the dough. Poured the first layer, spread the halva, the second as well. Pour the rest of the dough on top.
Step 5
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. After the time has elapsed, turn off and open the oven, but leave the manna inside for another 20 minutes until it cools completely.
Step 6
Decorate the finished manna as you wish. Serve with tea.
