Processed cheese is a simpler and more affordable product than you can imagine. But, despite this, with it you can cook several original dishes that will surprise and delight loved ones.
Tangerine snack
You will need:
- processed cheese - 2-3 pcs;
- 3-4 eggs;
- carrots - 2 pcs;
- 3-4 cloves garlic;
- mayonnaise;
- greens of dill and parsley;
- Bay leaf.
Boil eggs and carrots until tender, fill with cold water and leave to cool completely. Grate the processed cheese on a medium grater into a deep bowl. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press (you can grate it) or chop it very finely, pour it into the cheese. We also grind the cooled eggs and add to a bowl. Finely chop the dill and add to the rest of the ingredients, mix everything thoroughly and season with mayonnaise. It is better to add it in small portions so that the mass does not turn out to be liquid.
We clean the carrots, rub them on a fine grater, squeeze out excess juice, put them on a flat plate. Form balls 4-5 cm in diameter from the cheese and egg mass and gently roll them in grated carrots. We make mandarin tails from greens or bay leaves.
Cheese Raffaello
- processed cheese - 3-4 pcs;
- eggs - 4 pcs;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- mayonnaise;
- olives or pitted olives - 10-15 pcs;
- crab sticks - 100-150 g.
Prepare a cheese-egg mass from eggs, garlic and melted cheese. We make small cakes from it, in the center of which we place an olive (olive), roll the cake into a ball. Rub the white part of the crab sticks on a medium grater (it is better to take them frozen). We take each ball and gently roll in crab shavings. Put the finished balls in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes and can be served on the table.
Before cooking, processed cheese can be put in the freezer (20-30 minutes), then it will be easier to grate them.
