- 30 g butter;

The first step is to rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve so that the finished product turns out to be tender, without lumps. It is advisable to repeat the procedure two times.

Next, you need to put the grated cottage cheese, egg, soda, salt, oil in an enamel pan and mix everything well. Put the pan in a water bath and cook the mass for 30 minutes (at least).

Chop the dill finely. Remove the pan from the heat and immediately put the dill in the cheese mass, beat everything.

Transfer the cheese to a prepared container and leave to cool to room temperature, then put it in the refrigerator. Melted cheese with dill is ready.

How to make melted paprika cheese

Required Ingredients:

- 500 g of dry fresh cottage cheese;

- one egg;

- a tablespoon of unsalted butter;

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt and sugar;

- 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda;

- a clove of garlic;

- a teaspoon of sweet paprika.

First you need to prepare all the ingredients. Chop the garlic, rub the cottage cheese through a metal sieve.

Put cottage cheese, egg, salt and sugar, butter, soda in a container, which can later be put in a water bath. Grind everything until smooth so that there are no white curd blotches. The result should be a slightly yellowish mass.

Put the bowl in a water bath and boil the mixture for about 25-30 minutes, not forgetting to stir. It is necessary to ensure that the mixture becomes viscous and thick.

Remove container from heat and add garlic and paprika, beat.

Grease a clean bowl with butter and put the cheese in it, let it cool.
