Processed cheese can be made at home without much effort and effort. It turns out to be very tasty and tender, and most importantly - natural.

- - cottage cheese - 400 g;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - soda - 1 teaspoon;
- - salt;
- - seasonings.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, remove the curd from the packaging and rub through a sieve several times. You can also soften it with a meat grinder - this method is much easier and faster. To make homemade processed cheese delicious, it is very important to use high-quality cottage cheese with a high percentage of fat.
Step 2
Then add raw chicken eggs along with soda to the resulting curd mass. Mix everything properly.
Step 3
Let the butter sit in the room for a while. Thus, it will become soft. Then add it to the resulting curd-egg mixture. Mix everything as it should, until you get a mass, the consistency of which is uniform.
Step 4
Transfer the creamy curd mass to a suitable dish and place it on the stove. Set this mixture to heat over very low heat, stirring continuously, until the curd is completely melted. It is difficult to say for sure when the melted cheese is cooked, since it all depends on the quality of the cottage cheese you choose. On average, it takes 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Season the resulting melted mass with any seasonings and salt. You can also add chopped herbs if desired. Mix everything properly.
Step 6
After pouring the resulting mass into a prepared dish, put it in the refrigerator. There it should stay until it solidifies. Homemade melted cheese is ready!
