Tiramisu is one of the most popular desserts in the world. Its main ingredients are mascarpone cream cheese, savoyardi biscuits and freshly brewed coffee. Usually tiramisu is prepared in one large dish, but it is also allowed to use portion molds or clear glass glasses.

It is necessary

  • - 300 g of mascarpone cheese;
  • - 1 package of Savoyardi biscuit biscuits ("Ladies fingers");
  • - 5 raw chicken eggs;
  • - 1/2 cup icing sugar or caster sugar;
  • - 250 ml freshly brewed coffee (usually espresso);
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of rum;
  • - 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder (can be replaced with chocolate "droplets").

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the yolks from the whites. Place the yolks and icing sugar in a deep bowl and, using a mixer or blender with a whisk attachment, beat until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add mascarpone cheese to the yolk mixture and whisk again.

Step 2

In a separate, clean and fat-free bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer until they reach stable peaks. Stir the whites into the yolk-cheese mass and beat again using a mixer.

Step 3

Cool freshly brewed coffee, pour in alcohol, stir. Take a deep and wide container and pour the rum coffee into it. Now quickly dip each cookie into the coffee mixture. Do not soak for a long time, otherwise the Savoyardi will begin to fall apart a lot.

Step 4

Break the cookies into large pieces and place in a layer in a portioned bowl, top with cheese cream. Put another layer of savoyardi on it and pour over the cream again. Chill desserts well for a few hours.

Step 5

Remove the chilled tiramisu in bowls from the refrigerator, sprinkle with cocoa powder on top and serve immediately.
