Processed cheese goes well with a variety of foods: chicken, meat, ham, seafood, eggs, vegetables and even fruits. This allows you to diversify the menu.

Delight salad

To prepare the "Pleasure" salad with squid and chanterelles in a nut sauce, you will need the following components:

- 300 g squid;

- 300 g of fresh chanterelles;

- 150-200 g of walnut kernels;

- 1 head of onion;

- 3-4 cloves of garlic;

- 1 jar (200 g) Viola processed cheese;

- 2 tbsp. sour cream;

- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise;

- butter;

- lettuce leaves;

- greens of dill or parsley;

- salt.

Rinse squid carcasses thoroughly under running water, remove the film and remove the insides and cartilage plate. Dip the carcasses prepared in this way in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then fold in a colander, rinse and cut into strips.

Wash the chanterelles thoroughly and boil for 10 minutes in salted water, then catch, cool and also cut into strips. Peel the onions, chop finely and fry (7-10 minutes) with the chanterelles in butter. Salt and combine fried mushrooms and onions with squid.

Then make the peanut sauce. To do this, thoroughly grind the processed Viola cheese with sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth, add garlic cloves passed through a press and chopped walnut kernels with a knife or in a mortar. Set aside some of the cooked peanut sauce, and mix the rest with the squid and mushrooms.

Cover a serving dish with lettuce leaves, top with a mound of squid with mushrooms, pour over the remaining peanut sauce and garnish with finely chopped dill or parsley.

Ladies' salad

To make a spicy Ladies salad with pineapples, processed cheese and shrimps, you need to take:

- 300 g of shrimp or boiled chicken breast;

- 250 g of canned pineapples;

- 150 g processed cheese;

- 1-2 cloves of garlic;

- dill greens;

- salt;

- mayonnaise.

First of all, boil the shrimp in salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Then put it in a colander, let the water drain, cool the shrimp and peel it off. If desired, shrimp can be replaced with boiled chicken breast. In this case, the salad will turn out more tender.

Cut canned pineapples into small cubes and combine with boiled shrimps. Grate processed cheese "Druzhba", "Russian", "Orbit" or "City". Peel the cloves of garlic and pass through a press. Mix all the ingredients, season the salad with salt and mayonnaise. Mix well. Serve, garnish with dill sprigs.
