If you want to sweeten, honey or stevia will be the most useful here. If this is not important for you, you can use regular sugar.

A sufficient selection of products can also serve as a fill. Milk or yogurt is most commonly used. Fermented baked milk, kefir, bifidok, "Snow" or just the most ordinary water are also suitable.

Cooking principle

For a fancy oatmeal breakfast, take a small jar with a lid.

First, we put additives into it. If they are large enough, then they need to be crushed. For example, crush large nuts into small pieces or chop large fruits.
