I suggest trying to cook chicken with a very interesting sauce. The chicken turns out to be spicy, beautiful and aromatic. Spices go well with each other. The recipe is very simple.
It is necessary
- - chicken - 1 pc. (about 1 kg);
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - ground ginger - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - ground coriander - 1 tsp;
- - ground cumin - 0.5 tsp;
- - nutmeg - 0.5 tsp;
- - flour - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - green onions - 30 g;
- - butter - 50 ml;
- - water - 50 ml;
- - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - 1 tsp;
- - lemon - 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
My chicken, cut into portions. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Pour lemon juice over the chicken. Chop the garlic, mix with chicken. Salt. Leave the meat to marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Cooking the sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add ginger, coriander, cumin and nutmeg. Cook the oil with spices over very low heat for 2 minutes. Add water and bring the mixture to a boil. Then add flour and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until the sauce thickens. The sauce is ready.
Step 3
Fry the chicken in vegetable oil until tender.
Step 4
Put a piece of chicken on a serving plate, pour over the sauce. Decorate the top with green onions.
