  • - 1 kg of chicken fillet;
  • - 700-800 g of ripe tomatoes;
  • - 1 glass of chicken broth;
  • - carrot;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 60 g butter;
  • - 2 tbsp. l. flour;
  • - parsley greens;
  • - basil greens;
  • - Bay leaf;
  • - dry thyme;
  • - black pepper (peas);
  • - 3 cloves of garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the fillet in water with salt, bay leaf and pepper.

Cut the tomatoes into 2-4 pieces, stew without water for 5 minutes, cool and grind in a blender. If there is no blender or for some other reason you cannot use it, rub the tomatoes through a sieve). Combine mashed potatoes with flour, 30 g melted butter and broth.

Step 3

Finely chop the carrots and onions and add to the tomato puree. Salt and season with thyme. Simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. and add the remaining melted butter, chopped herbs, and crushed garlic.
