Fish is a very healthy food product. It contains many vitamins. Therefore, it must be eaten every day. But it also happens that boiled, steamed, fried fish is already fed up. Then you can try to make a delicious cream soup.
It is necessary
- - cream - 300 ml,
- - salmon - 400 g,
- - potatoes - 4-5 pcs.,
- - carrots -1 pc.,
- - broccoli - 100 g,
- - canned corn - 100 g,
- - salt to taste,
- - parsley and ground black pepper - optional.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the fish until tender, cool. Then separate the fillet from the bones and skin and knead it with a fork.
Step 2
Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes. Strain the fish broth, put it on the fire and when it boils, put the carrots, potatoes and broccoli there. Add some salt, if necessary, and boil the vegetables until soft.
Step 3
When the vegetables are ready, pour the broth into a separate saucepan and transfer the vegetables to a blender. We put fish and canned corn there. We puree everything, and then put it back into the broth. Mix well and put on fire.
Step 4
Pour in hot cream, stir again, cover and remove from heat. Serve the soup with rye croutons or bread. If desired, you can also add chopped parsley and ground black pepper.
