  • - 250 g cod fillet
  • - 250 g salmon fillet
  • - vegetable oil
  • - ground black pepper

  • - ground dry garlic
  • - 100 ml cream
  • - ground nutmeg
  • - 1 lemon

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the salmon and cod fillets into thin strips. Lightly rub the workpiece with lemon juice, black pepper and salt. It is better to take spices in minimal quantities. Put the fish in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 2

Take two strips of salmon and one strips of cod. Secure the edges with a toothpick and braid with a regular braid.
