Fish casserole is very simple to prepare, and the creamy sauce makes it juicy and tender. The dish turns out to be very original.
It is necessary
- - ½ kg broccoli,
- - 400 g pasta,
- - 4 eggs,
- - 300 g salmon fillet,
- - 50 g sun-dried tomatoes,
- - 200 ml heavy cream,
- - 100 g grated cheese,
- - 200 ml of milk,
- - 100 g low-fat sour cream,
- - 1 tbsp. l. capers,
- - salt and pepper to taste,
- - basil for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
First, wash and dry the broccoli, divide it into inflorescences and cook in salted water for 5 minutes. After we get rid of the water with a colander, pour over it with cold water.
Step 2
Cook pasta in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until half cooked. We also run the water through a colander.
Step 3
We heat the oven to 180 degrees. We wash, dry and clean the fish. Then we cut it into small pieces. Drain the liquid from the sun-dried tomatoes and chop them finely.
Step 4
Beat eggs with cream, sour cream and milk. Stir in capers, cheese and chopped tomatoes. Salt everything and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Stir the pasta, fish and broccoli thoroughly and lay out a greased or oiled baking dish. Pour everything evenly with the egg-cream mixture and cook in the oven for half an hour.
