It is necessary

    • 500 g fish fillet;
    • 2-3 onions;
    • 200 ml cream (20%);
    • 1-2 tomatoes;
    • 1 sweet bell pepper;
    • some lemon juice;
    • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
    • dill
    • parsley;
    • vegetable oil (for frying);
    • flour;
    • salt
    • pepper
    • seasoning for fish.

Instructions

Step 1

Defrost fillets, rinse. Cut into portions. Put in a dish, add salt, pepper, seasonings, sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Stir and let fish sit for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat the oil. Dip the fillet pieces in flour. Fry them on both sides over high heat until crusty (about 1.5-2 minutes).

Step 3

Finely chop one onion. Fry in the remaining oil until golden brown.

Step 4

Chop the herbs and garlic.

Step 5

Pour the cream into the blender bowl. Add sauteed onions, herbs and garlic. Add fish seasoning if needed. Grind everything. Add a small amount of flour and stir until smooth so that there are no lumps.

Step 6

Wash the pepper, peel it of seeds. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.

Step 7

Cut the tomatoes into small, medium-thick slices. The peppers can be cut into rings or strips, about 0.5 cm wide, and the remaining onion into half rings.

Step 8

Lubricate a deep refractory container with oil. Line the fillet slices evenly. Place a layer of vegetables on top. Then fish again. So alternate until you run out of food. It is better if the top layer is vegetables.

Step 9

Pour the prepared sauce over everything. Cover with a lid.

Step 10

Place the container with fillets in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Step 11

Turn off the oven when the creamy sauce comes to a boil. Leave the fish there to cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Step 12

According to this recipe, you can serve fish with a creamy sauce as an independent dish. It also goes well with any side dish.
