Then take it out of the marinade, salt, pepper and place in a greased dish. Pour in the marinade, put onion sliced into rings on top and cover with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. Cover the tin with foil. Cook in the airfryer for about an hour at 260 degrees on high ventilation speed. Remove the foil 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Rabbit in milk sauce Chop the rabbit into portions and fry in melted butter. Peel onions and carrots, chop and sauté in oil. In a large ceramic bowl, put the fried pieces of rabbit, on them - sautéed vegetables, add spices, salt and cover with hot milk. Cover the filled dishes with a lid, place them in the airfryer and cook the meat for an hour and a half at a temperature of 260 degrees on a high ventilation speed. Serve with fresh herbs and rice garnish.

Then continue cooking for another 30 minutes at 235 degrees at medium ventilation speed.

Rabbit with mushrooms in a pot Cut 100 g of brisket into pieces and immerse in boiling water for a minute. Then fold it over a sieve and let the water drain. Peel small onions and sauté them whole in oil. Rinse the mushrooms, cut them into 4 pieces, fry in oil, salt and pepper. Cut off the tails of the radish, cut each into 4 parts, blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes, fold on a sieve. Separate the rabbit meat from the bones, cut into portions, fry in oil, salt and pepper. Place in oiled pots, add sautéed onions, brisket slices, radishes and mushrooms. Pour in boiling salted water, cover and place in the airfryer for 60-80 minutes. Set the temperature to 260 degrees and a high ventilation rate. Cut the turnips into 4 pieces and boil for 5 minutes. Fry it in a skillet, season with salt and pepper and serve as a side dish with your rabbit.
