- 2 apples;
- parsley or celery root;
- spices;

Instructions
Step 1
Before you start cooking the rabbit, soak the carcass for two days in cold water, which should be changed periodically. Then wash the meat well on all sides and season with salt.
Step 2
Put the cored apples, parsley root and garlic, cut in half, inside the rabbit. Sew up the carcass with threads, sprinkle with spices to taste. Spread with fat sour cream.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200 - 220 degrees, take a baking sheet with high walls. Lubricate it with vegetable oil. Place the rabbit on a baking sheet, put in the oven and reduce the heat to 180 degrees.
Step 4
Remove the rabbit from the oven after an hour. Turn the carcass over so that the side that was at the bottom is on top. Cover with sour cream again. Place the potatoes, cut into strips or slices, on a baking sheet, season with salt and drizzle a little with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Return the baking sheet to the oven for another hour.
