Rabbit meat is one of the most delicious types of meat that can be served both for a home meal and for a festive table. Rabbit meat dishes are low in calories, so they can be eaten by those people who are watching their own weight.
Cooking this rather complex dish can take a long time, so it's best to start cooking rabbit meat in advance, because first you need to marinate the meat overnight.
Use the following ingredients to roast your rabbit in the oven in the quickest and easiest way:
- Rabbit carcass - 1 pc.;
- Mayonnaise - 300 g;
- Vinegar - 50 ml;
- Salt;
- Pepper;
- Spice.
Preparation:
- Pour water into a large bowl and place the carcass there so that it is covered with water. Then add vinegar there and leave the meat in this form overnight.
- Dry the rabbit well the next day and rub it thoroughly with salt (both inside and out).
