The sudden arrival of guests can puzzle any hostess. A quick and easy recipe will come to the rescue. In the refrigerator of every housewife there are both pasta and eggs. By combining these products in one dish, you can get an original casserole.

- 1 pack of large pasta;
- 5 eggs;
- 200 gr. cream;
- 150 g hard cheese;
- 50 gr. butter;
- 100 g ham;
- 1 onion head;
- 1 bell pepper (red);
- 1 tomato;
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- green onions.
Instructions
Step 1
Put a pot of water on the fire, bring to a boil. Add salt to the water. Boil the pasta until cooked through. Then rinse them thoroughly under water. Place the butter in the pasta and stir.
Step 2
Beat 5 eggs with a mixer until frothy. Then slowly pour the cream into the beaten eggs. Add salt and black pepper. Beat with a mixer until an airy mass is formed.
Step 3
Cut the ham into thin strips or small cubes. Peel the onions and chop finely with a knife. Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a skillet. First place the chopped onion and then the ham and fry over high heat until crusty. Peel the bell peppers. Cut into small cubes and boil over the tomato. Use a sharp knife to remove the skin from it. Cut the tomato into small cubes and finely grate the cheese or chop in a blender.
Step 4
Lubricate a refractory mold with a lump of butter. Put the boiled pasta in it. Layer the chopped ham on top, then the bell peppers and the diced tomato. Pour whipped eggs and cream over everything. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the dish in it for 10 minutes. Then carefully remove the mold and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven for another 7 minutes.
Step 5
Rinse a few green onions in running water. Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped green onions and cut into portions. Can be served with fresh tomato salad with basil sprigs.
