Pasta very often comes to the rescue when you don't want to stand at the stove for a long time. Moreover, they are so convenient and versatile that you can cook a lot of independent dishes with them without using any meat. For example, if you fry onions and eggs with pasta, you get a very quick and very budget-friendly hearty meal.

It is necessary

  • - small pasta (for example, horns, curls, snails) - 1 pack (450-500 g);
  • - onions - 4 pcs.;
  • - chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - sunflower oil - 5 tbsp. l.;
  • - fresh parsley;
  • - pan Pan.

Instructions

Step 1

Put 4 liters of cold water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add 2 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. When the salt dissolves, open a bag of pasta and pour it into boiling water.

Step 2

While stirring so that the products do not stick to the sides and bottom of the pan, bring the water to a boil again and cook the pasta without a lid for 7-10 minutes (the cooking time depends on the variety, so it is best to follow the manufacturer's recommendations here). The temperature should be moderate.

Step 3

Meanwhile, while the pasta is boiling, peel the onions and chop them into quarter-rings. Then take a skillet and heat it up. Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil and heat. After that, put the onion in the pan and fry it until golden brown.

Step 4

When the onions are ready, break the eggs into the pan and stir together. When the eggs have set, add salt and black pepper to taste. Fry the eggs and onions until the eggs are tender - they should be completely fried and not runny.

Step 5

At this point, the pasta should already be cooked. Throw them in a colander and leave for a minute to drain all the liquid. Then, transfer the pasta back to the pot. Alternatively, you can simply put a lid on the pasta pot and drain it by tilting it towards the sink.

Step 6

After that, transfer the fried onions and eggs to a saucepan and mix thoroughly with the pasta. Or put the pasta in a skillet. In this case, they can even be fried until golden brown - it will turn out even tastier.

Step 7

Now the dish can be served immediately, divided into portions. Sprinkle each of them with fresh chopped parsley, if desired. These pasta are best served with pickles or fresh vegetable salad.
