Green onion and egg salad is a great option for a light summer meal, as it contains no meat products. Green onions go well with eggs and light mayonnaise, and hard cheese will add a special piquant taste to the salad.

- - 3 chicken eggs;

Boil the eggs, cool in cold water, peel and cut into medium cubes.
