- Egg - 7 pcs.
- Butter - 30 g
- Flour - 600 g

- Green onions - 3 bunches

Instructions
Step 1
Warm the milk to room temperature. Place 1 tablespoon sugar, a pinch of salt and yeast in the milk. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Leave the milk in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Soften the butter. Beat one egg in a separate bowl. Add butter, a pinch of salt and 4 tablespoons of sugar to the egg and whisk. Add milk to the mixture and stir.
Step 3
Take a large bowl and pour all the flour into it in a heap. Make a small depression in the middle of the slide. Slowly pour the mixture into the well. Knead the dough. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the dough and knead the dough for 10-15 minutes. Cover the dough with a clean towel and put it in a warm place for 1, 5-2 hours.
Step 4
Boil 5 eggs, peel and chop finely. Wash green onions, shake off water and chop finely. To soften the onion, you need to mash it a little. Mix eggs and onions with 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add salt to the filling to taste.
Step 5
Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the surface on which you will sculpt the pies. Pinch off a small piece from the dough and make a flat cake out of it. Put a tablespoon of the filling in the middle of the flatbread and pinch the sides of the dough to make a pie. In this way, make as many patties as you need.
Step 6
Pour the vegetable oil into a deep frying pan with a layer of 1, 5-2 cm. Put the pies in a hot pan and fry on both sides, until a golden brown crust appears.
