A good Russian hostess, according to the established centuries-old tradition, should be able to bake delicious pies, because the way to a man's heart, as you know, lies through the stomach, and sometimes you yourself want to pamper yourself with something. Pies are good for tea and are nice to take with you to a picnic.

If all the products are ready, feel free to start implementing the idea. Take a larger pan and heat kefir and oil in it. It is not necessary to bring to a boil, as long as the mixture is warm.

Add sugar and salt. Stir.

Remove the pan from heat.

Add flour and yeast to the mixture. Knead the dough.

Due to the vegetable oil, the dough will not rise much, but you still have to set it aside for 30-60 minutes.

In the meantime, you can do the filling. Boil eggs, about six.

In the meantime, take a bunch of green onions and chop finely.

Cut the eggs into small cubes, mix with the onions and add a whisper of salt.

Sprinkle flour on the table. Place the dough on top of it. Knead the dough well and divide it into several equal parts - their volume depends on whether you are going to bake large or small pies, which you must determine by eye.

Use a rolling pin to roll out the cakes and place in the middle of each filling. Calculate so that you can seal the edges.

Place the cakes on a baking sheet and turn on the oven. The pies should stand for a while. Preheat the oven and bake the pies for 15-20 minutes.

Pies can be cooked in oil, in a frying pan - it depends on who loves how.

While the cakes are still hot, brush them with vegetable oil. This will give them a spicy golden look.
