It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 4, 5 cups of wheat flour;
  • - 11 g of yeast;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
  • - 500 ml of water;
  • - 2 teaspoons of salt.
  • For filling:
  • - 100 g parboiled rice;
  • - 6 eggs;
  • - green onions to taste;
  • - 100 g of butter.
  • For frying:
  • - 50 ml of vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour half a liter of warm water into a bowl and dissolve 11 g of yeast in it. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 tablespoon of softened butter, stir well. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Leave the dough warm for about one hour.

Step 2

Rinse the rice well. Transfer the rice to a saucepan, add 50 g of butter and fill with water 2-3 times more than the volume of the rice. Cook the rice over low heat under the lid (no need to stir). After the water has evaporated, the rice can be considered ready.

Step 3

Rinse green onions and chop finely. Choose the amount of onion to taste.

Step 4

Cool the boiled eggs, peel, cut into small cubes and mix with boiled rice.

Step 5

Add chopped onion and melted butter to rice and eggs, salt to taste, stir.

Step 6

Transfer the dough to the table, divide into small pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a cake. Place a portion of the rice, egg and green onion filling on the tortilla. Shape the patties.

Step 7

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the pies on both sides until they are delicious. Transfer the finished pies to paper towels to remove the grease. Serve warm.
