The filling of eggs and green onions in baked goods is simple, digestible enough and very harmonious in combination with the dough.   • - any kefir - 200 ml;
  • - large eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • - soda - 1 tsp.
  • - granulated sugar - 2 tsp;
  • - salt - 1 tsp;
  • - sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • For filling:
  • - eggs - 6 pcs.;
  • - green onions - 2 bunches;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Let's start with the filling. Place 6 chicken eggs in a saucepan or saucepan, draw in water and salt it. After boiling, boil the eggs for 10-15 minutes. So that later they are well cleaned, immediately after cooking, cool them in a cold stream from the tap.

Step 2

After 5 minutes after cooling, peel the boiled eggs from the shell and cut into small cubes. Rinse and chop green onions. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a saucepan. Combine everything in a separate bowl, adding a few pinches of ground black pepper and salt to taste. Put the finished filling aside, and in the meantime, make the dough. It is yeast-free, so it cooks quickly enough.

Pour kefir into a bowl and add soda to it, mix and leave the workpiece for 5 minutes. In this case, you do not need to extinguish the soda in the vinegar. The acids in kefir neutralize it. Break a couple of chicken eggs into the swollen mixture, add vegetable oil, salt and sugar. Mix everything, and then add flour and knead the dough. An important point: the fluffiness of the yeast-free dough depends on the amount of flour. If you move it over, the dough may not rise during frying. Therefore, put the flour in the kefir mixture in portions. And as soon as the dough barely stops sticking to your hands, you no longer need flour.

Step 4

Prepare a work surface on the table by dusting it with flour. Pinch off a piece from the dough, press it down with your fingers and form a round, not very thin cake about the size of your palm. Make the same tortillas from the rest of the dough.

Step 5

Place the filling on each of them, an incomplete tablespoon. Pinch the edges in the middle of the patties. Take a frying pan and pour vegetable oil into it. There should be enough butter so that the pies practically "float" in it. When the pan is hot, place a few patties on it with the sealed side down and fry on both sides until tender. They should turn into a beautiful golden color.

Step 6

Place the finished pies on a dish covered with paper towels so that they absorb excess oil. Serve hot patties for breakfast or as an addition to lunch or dinner.
