It so happens that guests suddenly come or there is a catastrophic lack of time to prepare a full-fledged dinner, in this case, kefir pies will become a real salvation, and it will take no more than half an hour to prepare them.

For cooking you will need:

- kefir - 300 ml;

- soda - 1/2 tsp;

- salt - 1/2 tsp;

- flour - 1, 5 cups;

- raw eggs - 2 pcs;

- boiled eggs - 2 pcs;

- green onions.

First of all, we put the eggs to boil while they are boiling - we measure out the required amount of kefir and slightly heat it up. Sift the flour through a sieve, so the pies will turn out to be more airy. We wash the green onions, dry them and chop them into small pieces.

Pour soda into warm kefir, mix and leave for 5 - 7 minutes, then drive in raw eggs and pour half of the sifted flour, mix everything thoroughly.

Cool the boiled eggs, peel and chop into arbitrary cubes, mix them with green onions, add lightly.

Put the filling directly into the dough, add the remaining flour and knead until smooth. The consistency of the dough should be similar to thick sour cream.

Put the pan on a moderate heat, pour in vegetable oil and bring to a boil. Spoon the pies into boiling oil and fry them like pancakes. Put the finished pies on a plate covered with a paper napkin or towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot with sour cream (can be replaced with mayonnaise).

The beauty of this recipe is that the filling immediately interferes with the dough and there is no need to waste time rolling and sculpting baked goods.
