There are many variations of cheese soup. If you have very little time to cook, you can whip up a cream cheese soup: it turns out delicious, unusual and fast!
It is necessary
- - processed cheese - 2 pcs.;
- - onions - 2 pcs.;
- - potatoes - 3-4 pcs.;
- - carrots - 1-2 pcs.;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt;
- - black pepper;
- - greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil one and a half to two liters of water in a saucepan. Rinse and peel potatoes, cut into strips or cubes, and place in a saucepan.
Step 2
Take any processed cheese, grate or cut into small pieces. Dip the crushed curds in boiling water and stir until dissolved. Try and salt the water.
Step 3
Peel carrots and onions. Cut the carrots into thin strips or grate them on a coarse grater. Chop the onion finely. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, wait to warm up. Fry the onions and carrots until golden brown.
Step 4
Just before the potatoes are done, add the entire contents of the pan to the pot. Boil for 2-3 minutes - and the cheese soup is ready! When serving, the soup can be pepper and sprinkled with any finely chopped herbs: dill, parsley, cilantro, green onion feathers and young garlic.
