Step 1

The broth for cheese soup does not have to be meat, vegetable broth is also welcome. But if we talk about meat, and a quick version, then it is best to take chicken. This soup can be made in 30 minutes.

Step 2

While the chicken is simmering, it's time to start frying the onions and carrots. The onion is cut into small cubes, and the carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater. You can also add tomato paste. If there is a risk of heartburn, then simply dip these vegetables into the broth along with the chicken, without frying them.

Step 3

After 20 minutes of boiling the chicken meat, dip the diced potatoes into the broth. We also send the frying there, if it was made. After 10 minutes, when the potatoes are ready, the eggs are laid. Beat them in a bowl with a fork.

Step 4

The final and most important touch is the sausage cheese. It needs to be grated on a coarse grater. Ideally, this cheese should simply dissolve, making the broth milky.
