It is necessary

  • - 70 grams of black rice;
  • - 70 grams of white long grain rice;
  • - 5 crab sticks;
  • - 70 gr. canned corn;
  • - 125 gr. smoked salmon;
  • - half an onion;
  • - 100 gr. shrimp;
  • - olive oil;
  • - lettuce leaves;
  • - pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil white and black rice in boiling water in separate saucepans. White rice is cooked for 15 minutes, and black - 40. Throw the finished rice in a colander and be sure to rinse with cold water.

Step 2

Peel the shrimp (if necessary) and boil in boiling water. Transfer them to a bowl and set aside to cool.

Step 3

Cut the onion very finely and add to the cooled shrimp.

Step 4

Cut the crab sticks and salmon into small pieces. Along with corn, white and black rice add to shrimp and onions. Season with salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil and stir the salad one last time.
