Tasty, simple, satisfying, festive - this is how a salad of smoked chicken and croutons turns out. The salad can be served as an addition to a side dish or as a substitute for a light snack. Simple ingredients, simple steps and delicious results.

- - 300 g smoked chicken,
- - 100 g of croutons,
- - 150 g carrots,
- - 1 onion,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil
- - 3 potatoes,
- - 1 cucumber,
- - 2 eggs,
- - 20 g green onions,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- - salt to taste,
- - parsley to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the smoked chicken into small pieces. If desired, the chicken can be disassembled into fibers.
Step 2
Boil the eggs for 15 minutes. Then fill them with cold water, cool, peel, cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Wash carrots, peel, grate.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion cubes and grated carrots. Cool the vegetable frying.
Step 5
Wash the potatoes and boil them in their uniforms. Cool the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Step 6
Wash the cucumbers and cut into small cubes. Fresh cucumbers can be replaced with lightly salted ones.
Step 7
Wash green onions (2-3 stalks are enough), chop finely.
Step 8
Combine all prepared ingredients in a large salad bowl, salt and pepper a little if desired. Season the salad with mayonnaise or sour cream. Serve the salad in portioned salad bowls. Before serving, garnish the salad with croutons (you can cook it yourself in the oven) and parsley.
