  • - 2 tbsp. butter;
  • - mayonnaise for dressing;
  • - lemon, vinegar as needed.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash potatoes and beets well. Place everything in a saucepan and cook until tender. While the vegetables are boiling, finely chop the onion and marinate it in lemon juice or vinegar.

Step 2

Then take smoked cheese and grate it on a coarse grater. Squeeze the peeled garlic through the garlic and add to the cheese. Next, add butter, grated with mayonnaise, and mix everything thoroughly. Spread a small piece of cling film on the table and lay out the prepared mixture, forming a small sausage from it. Then send it all to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
