Soup with smoked wings and cream cheese is a fairly simple recipe. This soup will surely please all lovers of hearty food, and will also be remembered for its pleasant aroma and expressive taste of smoked meat.
Ingredients:
- 3 smoked chicken wings;
- 4 potatoes;
- 2 carrots;
- 2 onions;
- 200 g processed cheese;
- 1 bunch of dill;
- 1 small bunch of green onions;
- 75 g of vegetable oil;
- salt to taste.
Preparation:
- Cut each chicken wing along the joint lines into three parts (for ease of preparation). Fold in a saucepan and cover with water. Put on high heat and wait for the broth to boil.
- At this time, we will take care of vegetables. Cut the potatoes and carrots into medium-sized cubes. Cut the onions as small as possible. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and send chopped onions there.
- When the water boils, remove the foam formed on the surface from the wings.
- The onions should have been fried during this time, now add carrots to it. Salt and stir the frying. Cook until the food is completely softened.
- Salt the chicken broth a little too. Remove the wings from it, put on a plate for now, they should cool slightly. Pour the previously cut potatoes into the broth.
- Cut the processed cheese into arbitrary pieces. Chop the green onion feathers and dill finely.
- When the potatoes are boiled until half cooked, add carrot and onion roasting to it.
- Separate the meat from the bones and chop in any form. Fill back into soup. Add pieces of processed cheese immediately.
- At this stage, a film or circles of fat will form on the surface of the soup, if you wish, you can collect it with a spoon and throw it away, but if you like it more satisfying, you can leave it.
- 10 minutes after adding the last ingredient, add chopped dill and green onions. Add the broth to taste, if necessary.
- Turn off the stove, let the soup brew for about 10 minutes, then you can serve.
