Step 1
Rinse carrots, peel, cut into slices. Peel and grate the celery. Rinse the pepper, cut out the stalks, clean the seeds, cut the pulp into cubes. Peel the onion, chop it into small cubes. Rinse the cabbage, divide into inflorescences, cut the pumpkin into cubes.
Step 2
To prepare the chicken wings, they must be washed with water, removed the feathers, then put in a saucepan and add cold water, boil, remove all the foam that has formed.
Step 3
Season with salt, season as desired, add peppers, onions, carrots and celery, cauliflower and pumpkin. Cook for half an hour over medium heat.
