Buy chilled chicken. The best options are the wings, lower leg and thigh. The kebab is very lean from the breast. Rinse the chicken under cold water, dry it and cover with kefir with vegetables and spices. A kilogram of meat will require about 400 ml of marinade. Leave it on for at least 3 hours, or rather put the container in the refrigerator overnight.
