  • - sour cream - 3-4 tablespoons;

Step 1

Cook the eggplants in medium size. Rinse vegetables in running water. Pat dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture. Peel each eggplant, if you like with the skin, do not peel. Cut each vegetable into cubes on a cutting board. Place the blanks in a deep bowl.

Step 2

Rinse chicken eggs prepared for the recipe in warm water. Break one egg at a time into a separate container, add salt, stir. Pour the eggplant slices with the prepared egg mixture, mix again. Leave the food covered with a towel or lid for 1-2 hours. During this time, the eggplants will let the juice go, darken a little.

Prepare the onions. Remove any peels from it, rinse and pat dry with a towel. Cut it into strips on a cutting board.

Heat a skillet with a little olive oil. Sunflower oil can be used if desired. Place the chopped onions in a hot skillet. Fry it until golden brown.

After the onion, dip the eggplant pieces into the skillet. Simmer food over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Then reduce the heat, cover the semi-finished product with a lid.

Step 6

Cook the mushroom-flavored eggplant for 20-30 minutes. During this time, the products should acquire an appetizing crust. Remember to stir the dish periodically. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, put sour cream in the main mass, mix it with eggplants.
