Aromatic chicken broth combined with fried mushrooms gives an unforgettable taste. And most importantly - such a soup is very satisfying, you will feed all your household with it.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - 500 g of chicken wings;
- - 200 g of champignons;
- - 2 potatoes;
- - 1 carrot, 1 onion;
- - 4 st. spoons of rice, vegetable oil;
- - salt, herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken wings well. Pour cold water over them, bring to a boil. Use a slotted spoon to remove the resulting foam. Reduce heat to low, cover, simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and rinse potatoes, cut them into cubes. Peel and rinse the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into small cubes and the carrots into thin strips. Rinse the mushrooms, cut into thin slices. Sort the rice, rinse it.
Step 3
Add potatoes, half an onion, carrots and rice to the boiled wings, salt to taste. Cook until the potatoes and rice are cooked - this is about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, put half of the onion, fry over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add prepared mushrooms, fry for another 3 minutes.
Step 5
When the rice and potatoes are soft, send the frying to the soup, cook the mushrooms in the chicken broth for 5 minutes. Remove from the stove, let it brew under a closed lid.
Step 6
Serve the mushroom soup with chicken wings along with fresh herbs.
