Smoothie 1
- ½ cup fruit yogurt
- ¾ glass of water
- 3 tangerines
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ice, brown sugar (optional)
Peel the tangerines and mix them with the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Then add some ice cubes and stir again. Finally, sweeten the smoothie with brown sugar.
Smoothie 2
- ½ glass of milk
- 1 banana
- ½ glass of water
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
Cut the banana into slices and combine with the rest of the ingredients. You can substitute soy milk for regular milk and also add half a teaspoon of honey for sweetening.
Smoothie 3
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 1 glass of yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- a small piece of ginger root
Cut the orange into pieces. Finely chop the ginger root. Slice a banana and mix all the ingredients together. You can add a teaspoon of honey.
Smoothie 4
- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- ¼ cups of oatmeal
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- some vanilla extract
Soak the oatmeal in a little milk to soften it. Soak the raisins in hot water for 10 minutes. Now mix all the ingredients.
Smoothie 5
- 1/2 banana
- 3-4 kiwi
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 kale leaf
Peel the kiwi and squeeze out the juice of half a lemon. Place all ingredients in a blender and whisk.
Smoothie 6
- 1 small beet
- 1/2 cup red grapes
- 1/2 cup strawberries
Place the ingredients in a blender. Then whisk for a few seconds.
