Pasta made from dried fruits will become a real helper of the immune system. Of course, you can strengthen the body with synthetic vitamins, but most people try to get them from foods.

It is not difficult to prepare the pasta, it is enough to purchase dried fruits, nuts, honey and lemon.

To prepare a healing mass you will need:

- dried apricots;

- raisins;

- prunes;

- walnuts;

- lemon;

- honey (the best liquid).

Dried fruits are no less useful than fresh fruits and berries, because during drying, almost all vitamins and microelements are preserved. Going to the market, you should not stop choosing bright and glossy dried fruits, they are most likely treated with chemicals to prolong keeping quality.

To prepare the pasta, we take all dried fruits in equal proportions, for example, 200 grams each, a couple of large lemons and 400 g of honey. We take more honey than other ingredients, because it will serve as a preservative and will extend the shelf life of the mixture.

We wash the dried fruits and nuts, dry and grind in a blender or in a meat grinder, grind the lemon together with the zest, put all this in glass or ceramic dishes, pour in honey, mix and store in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container.

Thanks to this combination of ingredients, the paste enriches the body with calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, B vitamins, and so on. There is also a lot of vitamin C in the paste, which, as you know, is the main ally of the immune system.

In addition to stimulating immunity, the paste has a positive effect on the entire body: it increases endurance and performance, perfectly restores strength, has a beneficial effect on blood composition, and normalizes the functioning of the nervous system. Potassium contained in dried fruits strengthens the heart muscle, increases the elasticity of blood vessels and regulates blood pressure.

Adults are advised to consume pasta 1 tablespoon 3 times a day half an hour - an hour before meals. Children who are not prone to allergies are also given a teaspoon three times a day.
