Step 1

First of all, you need to cook the eggplant. To do this, place them in the oven for 10-15 minutes, as soon as they become soft - remove the skin and finely chop, after removing the seeds. While the eggplants are baking in the oven, shorten the time and prepare other ingredients. Chop the onion as small as possible and fry in vegetable oil, during cooking, chopped eggplants are also added here.
