Transfer the contents of a plate to a preheated skillet. Season the egg with salt.

Keep skillet with egg on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Then put it in a preheated oven for 3-4 minutes. If there is no oven, then cover the pan with scrambled eggs during frying. The fried eggs are ready when the protein turns milky white.

Serve scrambled eggs on the table as a separate dish or with a side dish. As a side dish, you can use fried pieces of sausage, sausages, sausages, lard, black bread, mushrooms or tomatoes.
