How to cook an omelet in the microwave
To make an omelet with bacon in the microwave you will need:
- 4 eggs;
- 4 slices of lean bacon;
- 3 tablespoons of cream (at least 10% fat);
- 40 grams of butter;
- salt;
- ground red pepper.
Porcelain, glass, ceramic, earthenware, earthenware and heat-resistant plastic dishes are suitable for the microwave.

- 8 eggs;

- 120 grams of butter;
- 30 grams of horseradish;

- ground black pepper.
For this recipe, it is recommended to take sour cream of at least 20% fat.
First of all, mix sour cream with grated horseradish, season with pepper, sugar and salt. Place the butter in a microwave dish and melt. This will take 2 minutes at full microwave power.
