It is necessary

    • 500 g minced meat;
    • 3 heads of onions;
    • 400 g of mushrooms;
    • 500 g of water for broth;
    • 3-4 tablespoons of flour;
    • 15 g butter;
    • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt
    • pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Twist the meat in a meat grinder or take ready-made minced meat. Chop the onion finely and add it to the minced meat. Mix the minced meat well, add salt and pepper, put in the refrigerator to brew.

Step 2

Chop the mushrooms and boil them in salted water. Soak dry mushrooms. Boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes, the rest of the mushrooms for about half an hour. Pour the mushroom broth into a separate container so that you can use it later for making the sauce.

Step 3

Cut the onions into thin strips. Salt the onion until golden brown. Add a spoonful of water to the pan and simmer for a few minutes.

Step 4

Shape the minced meat into meatballs with wet hands, roll them in flour on all sides. Heat oil in a skillet. Fry the country cue ball on both sides for a few minutes. The resulting golden brown crust will allow the meatballs to maintain their shape during the stewing or baking process.

Step 5

Make mushroom sauce for a rustic, juicy cambric. Melt the butter in a skillet. Add flour and sauté until golden brown, stirring continuously.

Step 6

Pour the mushroom broth into the flour in a thin stream. Stir the sauce constantly so that it does not burn as it thickens. Add tomato paste, a few peppercorns, and bay leaves.

Step 7

You can cook country-style cue ball both in the oven and on the stove. Layer half the sautéed onions and boiled mushrooms on the bottom of a saucepan or baking dish. Put the cue ball, add the remaining onion and mushrooms on top. Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients.

Step 8

Cover the saucepan and simmer the cue ball for 40 minutes over low heat. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and simmer the dish for 20 minutes. Garnish ready-made cats in a country style with boiled potatoes and pour mushroom sauce.
