Step 1

Remember that kebabs in mineral water should be marinated for no more than two hours, otherwise food poisoning is possible. Cut the meat into cubes, salt and add spices for the kebab, you can cut the onion into rings. Mix the chicken with spices, fill it with mineral water and put it under a press for a couple of hours.

Step 2

Take a couple of lemons, squeeze the juice out of them, pour over the chicken and stir. Then add spices and salt. Mix everything again. Then add mayonnaise and onion. Leave in a cool place overnight.
