Chicken liver is rich in vitamins A, B2, B12 and iron. Its benefits for our body can hardly be overestimated. Soup made from such a product will be nutritious and tasty.
It is necessary
- 2 l of water
- 300 g chicken liver
- 3 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken liver in cold water. Put it in boiling salted water.
Step 2
Boil the liver for 10 minutes, periodically skimming off the foam.
Step 3
Peel potatoes, carrots and onions.
Step 4
Dice the potatoes, finely grate the carrots, chop the onion as fine as possible.
Step 5
Fry the onions in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the liver from the pan, cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 7
Add potatoes and sautéed onions to the broth left over after cooking the liver. Boil vegetables until half cooked.
Step 8
Add carrots and chopped liver to a saucepan. Leave the soup on the fire for another 5 minutes.
Step 9
Finely chop the parsley, sprinkle the soup with it after cooking.
