You will need:

  • 1 kg of beef liver;
  • 200 g cream;
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of butter in the dough;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 g of milk.
  • For filling:
  • 300 g homemade mayonnaise;
  • 3 carrots and 3 onions;
  • dill and garlic to taste;
  • oil for stewing vegetables.

Step by step cooking process

Peel the onion. Peel the liver from films, cut into pieces and chop together with 1 onion in a blender or meat grinder. Beat fresh eggs into the crushed mass, salt, pour in milk and cream. Sift the wheat flour and add gradually to the liver dough, stirring constantly. Knead until you get a viscous, homogeneous dough.

Preheat a skillet and fry thin liver pancakes in hot oil, one at a time. Place them on a flat plate and leave to cool. During this time, chop the rest of the onion and grate the carrots. Put them in the oil heated in a skillet. Simmer vegetables until soft for 4-5 minutes.

You will need:

  • 1 kg of beef liver;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour;
